Investor in People accreditation renewed

 

Human Qualities is delighted to announce that for the second time since 2002, we have regained our Investors in People recognition.

We were particularly commended on some key areas of good practice such as:

• Encouraging a positive culture and really living our core values
• Involving all our team in sharing a common understanding of our business and its goals and engaging everyone in making a difference
• Coaching and mentoring is a key feature of how we work in terms of development, ensuring best practice and sharing our expertise

At Human Qualities, we practice what we preach! On 22 April we had one of our quarterly team days. The aim of the day was to reinforce our values of ‘collaboration’ and ‘having fun’, and to spend some time together as a team.
